Sloane King
Sloane King has been drawn to a paintbrush since childhood, discovering her true love for painting and drawing when she was in 5th grade. Her work explores the relationship we have with our senses, primarily the visual and emotional impact of how we experience both color and sensation of touch. Although her professional experience is in the field of fashion design, her passion remains on the canvas and she continues to explore abstract art.“Through abstraction using soft watercolors and three-dimensional texture, my work challenges the art world by celebrating the idea of touch while maintaining its fragility and creating a deeper connection.”
