By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users including but not limited to browsers, vendors, buyers, merchants, content contributors. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services.
SECTION 2 - GALLERY INFORMATION
RedDot is an online gallery specializing in curated artwork, limited editions, and other collectible works.
SECTION 3 - INFORMATION ACCURACY
We strive to ensure all artwork descriptions, images, dimensions, and pricing are accurate. However:
- All artwork is subject to availability.
- Colors may vary depending on your monitor or mobile device.
- Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly.
- Original works are handmade and may contain natural variations in texture, brushwork, edges, or finish.
- Framed artwork may differ slightly from product photographs due to handcrafted framing processes.
These characteristics are not considered defects.
SECTION 4 - PRICING
Unless otherwise stated:
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Prices may change without notice.
- Applicable taxes will be calculated during checkout where required by law.
- Shipping charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.
Pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an error is discovered after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
SECTION 5 – ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
- refuse or cancel any order;
- limit quantities purchased;
- request additional payment verification;
- cancel orders if artwork has become unavailable;
- correct pricing, inventory, or listing errors.
If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
SECTION 6 – PAYMENT
Payment must be received and successfully processed before artwork is shipped. We accept payment methods offered during checkout.
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete information regarding shipping methods, estimated delivery times, international shipments, insurance, and delivery procedures. Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. RedDot is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses may be the customer's responsibility.
SECTION 8 – RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Unless otherwise stated:
- Original artwork may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns Policy.
- Custom-framed artwork may not be eligible for return.
- Commissioned or custom-created artwork is final sale.
- Damaged shipments must be reported within [5] days of delivery.
SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on this website—including but not limited to photographs, artwork images, logos, graphics, text, branding, page layouts, and website design—is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly stated otherwise:
- RedDot owns or licenses all website content.
- Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.
- Customers may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially use artwork images without written permission from the copyright owner.
Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
SECTION 10 – ARTIST RIGHTS
Unless expressly agreed otherwise the artists represented on the site retain all copyrights associated with their artwork. Purchasing artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only and reproduction rights remain with the artist. RedDot is authorized to display and promote artwork for marketing and sales purposes.
SECTION 11 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We work to keep all information accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, inventory status, images, or other content will always be complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
RedDot is an intermediary between collectors and artists. Should an artwork become unavailable or withdrawn by the artist before shipment, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
SECTION 12 – ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the website or any of our products to violate laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You agree not to interfere with website security or functionality, upload malicious software or harmful code, disrupt other users’ access to the website or attempt unauthorized access to our systems. You agree not to scrape, copy, or download artwork images without permission.
Violation of these Terms may result in termination of website access.
SECTION 13 – LIMITTION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedDot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
- use of this website;
- inability to use the website;
- shipping delays;
- carrier errors;
- interruptions in website availability;
- loss of profits or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

This website and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties regarding:
- uninterrupted availability;
